Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain pumpkin puree not pie filling
  • 1/2 cup plain unsweetened yogurt no xylitol
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon optional (no nutmeg)

Method
 

  1. Stir everything together until smooth.
  2. Spoon into small silicone molds or an ice cube tray, about 1 tablespoon each.
  3. Freeze at least 3 hours. Serve one straight from the freezer.
