Calories are estimates from USDA FoodData Central values. This recipe is not complete and balanced on its own: use it short term or as a topper, or have a board-certified veterinary nutritionist add the right vitamins and minerals for daily feeding. Always cook sweet potato and serve it plain. Refrigerate 3 to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
