Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups seedless watermelon cubes rind and seeds removed (about 230 g)
  • 1/2 cup peeled chopped cucumber (about 50 g)
  • 1/4 cup water

Method
 

  1. Blend the watermelon, cucumber and water until smooth.
  2. Pour into an ice cube tray or silicone mold.
  3. Freeze at least 3 hours.
  4. Store in a sealed freezer bag.

Notes
